Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of notary agent service quality and office location on client loyalty in notarial services in Indonesia. The quality of notary agent services plays a strategic role, as agents directly interact with clients by providing information, managing administrative processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of notarial procedures. Furthermore, the location of the notary office is an important factor because accessibility, visibility, environmental security, and supporting facilities influence clients' decisions to choose and continue using notarial services. This study employs a normative juridical approach combined with descriptive analytical methods to explain the relationship between the examined variables. The findings indicate that service quality has a significant effect on client loyalty, as fast, accurate, friendly, and informative services increase trust and satisfaction. A strategic office location also contributes to client loyalty by facilitating access and enhancing comfort during the service process. Simultaneously, service quality and location positively affect client loyalty toward the notary office. The study emphasizes the importance of improving agent competency, strengthening service procedures, and selecting strategic office locations as key efforts to maintain client loyalty amid increasing competition in notarial services.
