KEBIJAKAN PERAN BADA KESATUAN BANGSA DAN POLITIK DI KABUPATEN DONGGALA”
Abstract
This study aims to determine the policy and role of the National Unity and Politics Agency (Bakesbangpol) in Donggala Regency. This research is descriptive and uses a qualitative analysis approach. Data collection, consisting of primary data collected directly, and secondary data collected indirectly through documents, was conducted through three methods: observation, interviews, and documentation: Facilitator, Dynamicator, Catalyst, and Regulator. The results of this study explain that the National Unity and Politics Agency (Bakesbangpol) of Donggala Regency plays a strategic role in maintaining social, political, and security stability in the region. Through its functions as a facilitator, dynamicator, catalyst, and regulator, Bakesbangpol has become a key driver in building national awareness and preventing social conflict within the community. As a facilitator, Bakesbangpol mediates various interests and bridges communication between community elements and the local government. As a dynamic agent, Bakesbangpol actively encourages community participation in national activities and motivates the emergence of tolerance and patriotism. As a catalyst, Bakesbangpol accelerates conflict resolution through a dialogical and collaborative cross-sectoral approach. As a regulator, Bakesbangpol also develops, oversees, and implements policies related to the ideological, political, and social resilience of the community.
