MANAJEMEN KERJA PEGAWAI BIDANG KEPEGAWAIAN UMUM PADA DINAS PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DAN DESA KABUPATEN PARIGI MOUTONG
Abstract
The objectives of this study are: (1) to analyze employee work management and general management at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Parigi Moutong Regency. The theory used is Hendy Fayol's management theory, which includes: (1) Planning, (2) Organizing, (3) Directing, (4) Coordinating, (5) Supervision. The research method uses a descriptive-qualitative approach. The research location is at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Parigi Moutong Regency, with five informants selected purposively. Data collection methods include interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman interactive model. The theory used is Management, Planning, Organizing, Directing, Coordinating, and Supervision. Based on the results of the study, employee work management in the General Personnel Sector at the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Parigi Moutong Regency has been implemented.
