EVALUASI KEBIJAKAN PEMEKARAN DESA DI KABUPATEN DONGGALA

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the Village Expansion Policy in Donggala Regency. Research Method: Qualitative research with a descriptive method, involving 5 informants selected through purposive sampling. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. The selection of informants was conducted using purposive sampling by choosing informants deemed to know and understand the issues being studied, totaling 5 people. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The theory used is based on William Dunn, regarding evaluation criteria including aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, and adequacy. The results of this study indicate that the Evaluation of the Village Expansion Policy in Donggala Regency is assessed using evaluation criteria, namely effectiveness, efficiency, and adequacy, with the implementation of village expansion proceeding well in accordance with the provisions of legislation. However, there are still aspects that need to Improved in the upcoming village expansion, namely the adequacy of human resources still needs to be further enhanced.
