Kinerja Pegawai Di Kantor Kecamatan Parigi Tengah Kabupaten Parigi Moutong
Abstract
This research aims to determine employee performance at the Central Parigi District Office, Parigi Moutong Regency. Meanwhile, this research used a qualitative approach, interviews were conducted using purposive sampling, that is, they were selected with certain considerations and objectives. District Secretary, Head of Development, Head of Social Welfare, Village Head and Community Leaders. Researchers use Agus Dwiyanto's theory, namely Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility and Accountability. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results can be concluded. Firstly, Productivity which shows the level of understanding of each employee at the Central Parigi District Office, Parigi Moutong Regency is not yet good. Second, regarding Service Quality which shows that there are still officers or employees at the Central Parigi District Office, Parigi Moutong Regency who always postpone work or carry out other work tasks, Third, responsiveness shows that there are still complaints from every community, and the capture capacity of employees in Central Parigi District, Parigi Moutong Regency, and Fourth. Responsibility. In this case, employee compliance with the rules is still not optimal. From the results of the research, researchers concluded that employee performance at the Central Parigi District Office, Parigi Moutong Regency was less than optimal in every indicator.
