Abstract

This study aims to determine the Organizational Performance in the Spatial Planning Sector at the Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Agency (PUPRP) of Parigi Moutong Regency. The research method is qualitative research, with 5 (five) informants selected based on purposive sampling. The data collection technique in this study used the following methods: Observation, Interview and Documentation. The results of the study, that the Implementation of Organizational Performance at the Public Works, Spatial Planning and Land Agency (PUPRP) of Parigi Moutong Regency, has not run optimally, because some dimensions have not run optimally, the Organizational Structure dimension is still not ideal, still oriented to the permit sector and not to the service function. While the Human Resources (HR) Dimension still has dual tasks, then HR who do not understand their duties and functions, need to improve disciplinesome suggestions as a solution are to rearrange the organizational structure to be more oriented towards service functions; it is necessary to add personnel with backgrounds according to the needs of each field, in order to avoid duplicate tasks, hold technical education or training for staff who are not yet qualified with their main duties and hold foreign language courses to serve investors, in carrying out leadership tasks in decision making it is necessary to involve subordinates.
