PERENCANAAN PEMBANGUNAN DI KELURAHAN SILAE KECAMATAN ULUJADI KOTA PALU

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of development in Silae Village, UluJadi District, Palu City. The location of the study was in Silae Village, UluJadi District, Palu City. This type of research is Qualitative Research and the basis of the research used is phenomenology or case study. The theory used in this study is the development planning theory from Bintoro Tjokromijojo with indicators of Planning, Plan Implementation, and Plan Evaluation. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation activities to collect the required data in the form of primary and secondary data. The collected data is filtered and sorted based on data needs using qualitative descriptive methods. Based on the results of the study, it shows that development planning in Silae Village, Ulu Jadi District, Palu City in planning, implementation, utilization and development of development results is not good, especially in terms of planning that is not in accordance with expectations, in terms of implementing the plan, it is also not very satisfactory due to fraud, and in terms of evaluation, which is mainly still not good because from the preparation to the implementation does not match what is in the field. In this implementation, it is very important to determine the success of development, one of the supporting factors is the attitude or encouragement of the community itself to participate. While the inhibiting factor is the limited and delayed funds that can be an obstacle to the implementation of development.
