FUNGSI KOMUNIKASI ATASAN KEPADA BAWAHAN PADA KANTOR KELURAHAN MASIGI KABUPATEN PARIGI MOUTONG

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the implementation of the communication function in the Masigi sub-district office, Parigi Moutong district.  The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method, namely data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. Data sources for this research include the village head, village secretary, treasurer and 2 village staff. The data obtained in this research was analyzed by reduction, presented in a descriptive data display. The results of the research show that in the Masigi sub-district, the communication flow of messages flowing from superiors to subordinates is good, but still has shortcomings. This is due to the absence of feedback after information is provided from superiors and the existence of obstacles in communication with superiors, namely the tendency of subordinates to be reluctant to convey their feelings and thoughts to superiors. Lack of rewards or appreciation for employees has the impact of reducing employee enthusiasm for work. Keywords : Communication Function, Masigi Village, Parigi Moutong Regency
