PERSEPSI BAWAHAN TERHADAP FUNGSI KOMUNIKASI ATASAN DI KANTOR KELURAHAN MASIGI KABUPATEN PARIGI MOUTONG

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing subordinates' perceptions of superiors' communication functions at the Masigi Subdistrict Office, Parigi Moutong Regency.  The method used in this research is a subjective approach method. The data obtained in this research was analyzed by reduction, presented in a descriptive data display. The downward communication atmosphere shows the flow of messages from leaders or superiors to subordinates. Downward correspondence aims to convey goals, change perspectives, form judgments, reduce fears and doubts that arise due to falsehood. The tendency of subordinates to hide their feelings and thoughts, leaders who carry out supervision, and a lack of respect or appreciation for employees who communicate upwards are obstacles to upward communication.
