METODE PENENTUAN HARGA JUAL PRODUK KERAJINAN BUYA SABE DAN KERAJINAN NETU KECAMATAN BANAWA TENGAH KABUPATEN DONGGALA PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGAH

Abstract

Buya Sabe and Netu handicrafts in Kola-Kola Village, Banawa Tengah District, Donggala Regency, have high cultural and economic value; however, artisans still face difficulties in determining appropriate selling prices. Prices are generally set based on estimates without clear calculations of production costs. This Community Service Program aims to improve artisans’ understanding of pricing determination through a cost-based pricing approach. The activities were conducted based on information obtained from KKN students and implemented through socialization, short training sessions, and discussions. The results indicate that artisans are able to understand production cost components and develop more rational selling price simulations. Artisans also began to recognize product value-added as a basis for determining profit margins. This program is expected to support the sustainability of Buya Sabe and Netu handicraft businesses.
