South Dolo Sub-district, Sigi Regency, has considerable local potential in agriculture, plantations, and home-based micro-enterprises. However, this potential has not been optimally utilized due to limited community capacity in business management, value-added product processing, and marketing, particularly digital-based marketing. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance community capacity in identifying, processing, and marketing local potential effectively, as well as improving business management skills through simple financial recording and business planning. The implementation methods include socialization, training, and mentoring activities conducted in South Dolo Sub-district, involving communities from Baluase, Rogo, and Balongga villages. The results indicate an improvement in community knowledge and skills related to local potential management, product marketing, and simple financial bookkeeping. The program also strengthens community group institutions and increases motivation to develop sustainable local-based businesses. Overall, this PKM activity contributes positively to promoting economic independence and improving community welfare in South Dolo Sub-district.
