PERAN MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA TERHADAP MOTIVASI DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR KARYAWAN DI PT. PEGADAIAN PERSERO CP. PALU SELATAN
Abstract
Human resource management (HRM) plays an important role in an organization as a key element that ensures that the company can achieve its goals effectively through optimal workforce management. HRM does not only focus on administrative aspects such as recruitment and selection, but also includes career development and employee skill enhancement. This is important to create a conducive work environment where employees feel motivated and supported to achieve their full potential. This study aims to analyze the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) on employee motivation and career development at PT. Pegadaian Persero CP. South Palu. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach, with primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 35 employees. The data analysis technique in this study uses a simple regression analysis technique. The results of the study indicate that the role of human resource management has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation and career development.
