PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE SHARING TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI SMP NEGERI 2 PALU
Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is a significant relationship or influence between the variable of knowledge sharing (knowledge sharing) as an independent variable on employee performance as a dependent variable. The approach in this study is quantitative with a verification approach. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Respondents in this study were 42 employees of SMP Negeri 2 Palu. The analysis tool used was simple regression. Based on the results of the study, it was found that knowledge sharing has a significant influence on employee performance. This finding provides an understanding that knowledge sharing can improve employee performance in the educational environment.
