PENGARUH WORK-LIFE BALANCE DAN JOB BURNOUT TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR PERTANAHAN KOTA PALU
Abstract
Rafael Cendriano Ambrin, 222 30 073, presents this undergraduate thesis entitled “The Effect of Work–Life Balance and Job Burnout on the Performance of Employees at the Palu City Land Office.” This thesis was supervised by Mrs. Titi Kuswani Waty as the first supervisor and Mrs. Nirmala Dewi as the second supervisor. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance and job burnout on the performance of employees at the Palu City Land Office. The research uses a quantitative method with a verificative approach. The sample size in this study was 78 respondents, consisting of all employees of the Palu City Land Office, determined using a total sampling technique. The results show that simultaneously, work–life balance and job burnout have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Palu City Land Office. Partially, work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Palu City Land Office. However, job burnout has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at the Palu City Land Office.
