Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Human Relations and Compensation variables on Employee Performance, both simultaneously and partially. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive and verificative approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that Human Relations and Compensation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The simultaneous correlation coefficient (Multiple R) of 0.687 indicates a positive relationship with a moderate level of closeness between Human Relations and Compensation toward Employee Performance. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.493 means that Human Relations and Compensation influence Employee Performance by 49.3%. The F-test results in an F-count value of 5.438, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.25, indicating that Human Relations and Compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance at CV.
