Abstract

Along with the development of printing in Indonesia, many have progressed over time and along with the development of human lifestyle and technology in the digital world. Based on this, the quality of employee performance in plano printing has decreased little by little. Due to the presence of several printing orders that have come in, but cannot be fulfilled due to the lack of available materials. This can happen due to the lack of information on the products available in the company. This study aims to test the influence of human resource information systems on employee performance with organizational culture as a moderating variable (study on Plano printing in Palu City). This type of research includes research: Verification and the type of data is quantitative data, qualitative data and the sources used are primary and secondary data. The sample selection method used in this study is the census method and the data analysis method in this study uses simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the Human Resource Information System (X) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a significance value in the Human Resource Information System of 0.000 <0.05. Organizational Culture shows a significance value of 0.449> 0.050. The level of significance of the Human Resources Information System and Employee Performance variables shows a result of 0.596> 0.05 (not significant) which means that both do not significantly influence. Where the Organizational Culture variable (Z) is only a predictor moderator.
