PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA DESA DAN PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT TERHADAP PEMBANGUNAN DESA HANGGIRA KEC LORE TENGAH KAB POSO

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the Village Head's Leadership Style and Community Participation on the Development of Hanggira Village, Lore Tengah District, Poso Regency. The type of research used is descriptive verification research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The sample in this study amounted to 77 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 24 program. The results of the analysis show a regression equation Y = 32.003 + 0.100 + 0.526 which means that the village head's leadership style and community participation have a positive effect on village development. Based on the results of research and data analysis, the F test results show that the calculated F of 115.510 is greater than the F table of 3.12, so that both variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the development of Hanggira Village. Partially, the leadership style of the village head and community participation also have a significant effect on village development. Thus, improving the leadership style of the village head and community participation can support better village development.
