PENGARUH WORK OVERLOAD, WORK LIFE BALANCE DAN BURNOUT TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN J & T EXPRESS DROP POINT MANTIKULORE KOTA PALU
Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Work Overload, Work Life Balance, and Burnout on employee performance at J&T Express Drop Point Mantikulore Branch, Palu City. The type of research used was descriptive and verificative research. The data collection techniques employed in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used in this study consisted of descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program. Based on the results of the study and data analysis, it was found that Work Overload, Work Life Balance, and Burnout simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at J&T Express Drop Point Mantikulore Branch, Palu City. This is evidenced by the F-value of 12.796, which is greater than the F-table value of 2.911, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Partially, the Work Overload variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient value of -0.267 and a significance value of 0.043 < 0.05. The Work Life Balance variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient value of 0.395 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The Burnout variable has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, with a regression coefficient value of -0.323 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.510 indicates that 51% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by the variables of Work Overload, Work Life Balance, and Burnout , while the remaining 44.7% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
