PENGARUH REWARD DAN PUNISHMENT TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA GURU SMP NEGERI 7 PALU

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of rewards and punishments on the work motivation of teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Palu. The research design employed is descriptive and confirmatory. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature review, and documentation. The sample for this study consists of 35 teachers. The data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. Based on the research results and data analysis, it was found that rewards and punishments simultaneously have a significant effect on the work motivation of teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Palu. Rewards have a partial effect on the work motivation of teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Palu. Punishments have a partial effect on the work motivation of teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Palu.
