PENGARUH LITERASI KEUANGAN DAN DIGITALISASI TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA UMKM KULINER DI KAWASAN LAPANGAN VATULEMO KOTA PALU

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial literacy and digitalization on improving the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Taman Vatulemo Area, Palu City. The research employed a descriptive and verificative design with a quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, literature review, and documentation. The sample consisted of 70 culinary MSME owners selected using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS version 24. The results of the study indicate that financial literacy and digitalization simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on improving MSME performance in the Taman Vatulemo Area, Palu City. Partially, financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on improving MSME performance. Likewise, digitalization also has a positive and significant effect on improving MSME performance.
