PENGARUH WORK-LIFE BALANCE DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN HOTEL ANCYRA DI KABUPATEN POSO

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work-Life Balance and Job Satisfaction on Employee Loyalty at Ancyra Hotel in Poso Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Questionnaires were distributed to 35 respondents at Ancyra Hotel. The scale used in this study is a Likert scale and the analysis used in this study is descriptive and verification analysis using multiple linear regression. Descriptive results show that Ancyra Hotel employees have very good work-life balance, job satisfaction, and loyalty. Multiple linear regression analysis sobtained Work-Life Balance and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Loyalty. Work-Life Balance and Job Satisfaction partially have a positive and significant effect on Employee Loyalty at Ancyra Hotel.
