PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN DAN KOMPETENSI DOSEN TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS ABDUL AZIS LAMADJIDO FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNIS

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of learning models and lecturer competence on the learning motivation of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Abdul Azis Lamadjido. The research employs both descriptive and verificative methods. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature review, and documentation. The sample consisted of 60 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Abdul Azis Lamadjido (Class of 2024). Data analysis techniques utilized were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, performed using the SPSS software program. The research results and data analysis indicate that learning models and lecturer competence simultaneously have a significant influence on the learning motivation of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Abdul Azis Lamadjido. Learning models have a partial influence on the learning motivation of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Abdul Azis Lamadjido. Lecturer competence has a partial influence on the learning motivation of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Abdul Azis Lamadjido.
