PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA UPT PUSKESMAS BULU TABA KABUPATEN PASANGKAYU
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and compensation on employee performance at UPT Puskesmas Bulu Taba, Pasangkayu Regency, both simultaneously and partially. This research employed descriptive and verification research methods. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, literature review, and documentation. The study involved 54 respondents as the research sample. The data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 31. The findings revealed that leadership style, motivation, and compensation simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance at UPT Puskesmas Bulu Taba. Partially, each variable leadership style, motivation, and compensation also had a significant effect on employee performance. The relationship between leadership style, motivation, compensation, and employee performance was strong, with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.758. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.549 indicates that leadership style, motivation, and compensation explained 54.9% of the variance in employee performance, while the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study, such as work discipline, work environment, organizational culture, and workload.
