Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Employer Branding, Company Reputation, Website Recruitment simultaneously on Interest in working at Bank Mandiri Dewi Sartika Branch Palu. The type of research used is descriptive verification research. The population of this study was 31 employees of Bank Mandiri Dewi Sartika Branch. The sampling technique used the census method. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The scale used in this study was the Likert scale and the analysis tool used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Employer Branding, Company Reputation and Website Recruitment simultaneously have a significant effect on interest in working at Bank Mandiri Dewi Sartika Branch Palu. Employer branding partially has a significant effect on interest in working at Bank Mandiri Dewi Sartika Branch Palu. Company reputation partially has a significant effect on interest in working at Bank Mandiri Dewi Sartika Branch Palu. Website recruitment partially has a significant effect on interest in working at Bank Mandiri Dewi Sartika Branch Palu.
