ANALISIS KETERAMPILAN DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. HADJI KALLA TOYOTA KOTA PALU
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of skills and compensation on employee performance at PT Hadji Kalla Toyota RE. Martadinata Palu City. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Hadji Kalla Toyota RE. Martadinata Palu City. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the effect of skills and compensation on employee performance totaling 64 employees. The results showed that skills and compensation simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The probability value or significance value is 0.000 <0.05. Furthermore, partially the Skill Variable (X1) with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the Compensation variable (X2) with a significance value of 0.003 <0.05, both skills and compensation have a significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate that improving employee performance can be achieved through the application of effective skills and providing appropriate compensation to employees.
