Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the economic status of the family and mental health on the learning achievement of management students class of 2020, Abdul Azis Lamadjido University. This type of research uses descriptive and verification research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 16.0 for Windows program. The results of multiple linear regression testing on the regression coefficient value of the family economic status variable (X1) of 0.832 is positive and the regression coefficient value of the mental health variable (X2) is 0.684 of positive value. Then the results of simultaneous testing found that Based on the results of the simultaneous test (F statistical test), it was seen that the results of multiple linear regression calculations, the Fcount value was 23.105, while the Ftable value was 3.23 with a probability value or significance value that was smaller than the 0 significance level. 05, namely (0.000 > 0.05), so it can be concluded that simultaneously family economic status and mental health have a positive and significant influence on student learning achievement, while the t-count value from the partial test is a probability value or significance value of 0.000 > 0.03. Furthermore, the mental health variable has a t-count of 8.715, while the t-table value is 1.68288, which means that the mental health variable has a significant effect on the learning achievement of 2020 Management students at Abdul Azis Lamadjido University.
