PENGARUH SISTEM ABSENSI FINGERPRINT DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. MATAHARI DEPARTEMENT STORE PALU GRAND MALL
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of fingerprint attendance system and work motivation on employee work discipline at PT. Matahari Department Store Palu Grand Mall. The data collection method in this study uses primary data obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires by 55 respondents. As well as secondary data obtained from literature books and journals related to this study. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test. The results of the study indicate that the fingerprint attendance system and work motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Simultaneously, the fingerprint attendance system and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.520 or 52% of the fingerprint attendance system and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at PT. Matahari Department Store Palu Grand Mall, while the rest is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
