DAMPAK LINGKUNGAN DAN INFRASTUKTUR DESA DALAM KEMAJUAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DI DESA TOMOLI SELATAN KABUPATEN PARIGI MOUTONG

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the impact of the environment and village infrastructure on the economic progress of the community in South Tomoli Village. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis method used is qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that the community environment in South Tomoli Village is still in the development of both empowerment and village conditions can be believed to be conducive and have been running quite well through the support and involvement of the South Tomoli community to achieve a prosperous economy. Infrastructure in South Tomoli Village consists of roads, village roads, bridges. The success factors of infrastructure in South Tomoli Village are supported by human resources, community participation and empowerment through infrastructure, government support and cooperation with third parties. The constraints of infrastructure in South Tomoli Village are the ambiguity of the position of infrastructure as a social and commercial institution, policies that have not directed the professionalism of infrastructure, the understanding of village officials regarding infrastructure is still lacking, the leadership and managerial of the village government and the directors of infrastructure, and the concept of village development which is still unstable. The environmental impacts that affect the economy in South Tomoli Village are the impacts of the community's environment that is lacking in education and limited knowledge in developing the land they manage, and the infrastructure environment that must continue to be accelerated in maximizing economic growth in South Tomoli Village.
