Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of human resource quality and work productivity on employee performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Palu City Branch. The type of research used is descriptive verification research. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires and documentation. The questionnaire was distributed to 40 employees of PT. Taspen Palu City Branch. The scale used in this study is the Likert scale and the analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the quality of human resources and work productivity simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Palu Branch. The quality of human resources has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Palu Branch. Work productivity has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Palu Branch. For the conclusion, the quality of human resources and work productivity simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Palu Branch and the quality of human resources has a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Palu Branch.
