Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Leadership Style and Absenteeism on the Performance of Employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Central Sulawesi Province. This study uses primary data, with the method used is a questionnaire media. The population in this study were BPBD employees. The number of samples taken was 43 people. The data analysis technique used in this study was descriptive analysis and inferential statistics with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that Leadership Style partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Central Sulawesi Province, Training partially has a significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Central Sulawesi Province and Leadership Style and Training have a simultaneous effect on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Central Sulawesi Province is very good. The conclusion is that there is an Influence of Leadership Style and Absenteeism on the Performance of Employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Central Sulawesi Province. Suggestion It is better for employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Central Sulawesi Province to always have a sense of belonging to the company, employees should always care about problems that occur in the company.
