ANALISIS PENGELOLAAN DAN EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN DANA BANTUAN OPERASIONAL SEKOLAH DI SEKOLAH DASAR INPRES 1 UJUNA KOTA PALU

Abstract

This research was conducted at Inpres 1 Elementary School, Ujuna, Palu City. This study aims to determine the management of School Operational Assistance Funds and the effectiveness of the use of School Operational Assistance Funds. The data analysis method used is qualitative. The purpose of the study is to determine the process of managing School Operational Assistance Funds and calculating the effectiveness of the use of School Operational Assistance Funds at Inpres 1 Elementary School, Ujuna, Palu City. The results of this study, based on the data that has been processed, the School Operational Assistance Fund at Inpres 1 Elementary School, Ujuna, Palu City is said to be less effective and the management of School Operational Assistance Funds carried out has been in accordance with the technical manual issued by the Mayor. Inpres 1 Elementary School, Ujuna, Palu City has won 2nd place in Palu City in the Best School Operational Assistance Fund Management. then the following conclusions can be drawn: The planning of School Operational Assistance Funds at Inpres 1 Ujuna Elementary School, Palu City in 2020 and 2021 is in accordance with the 2020 and 2021 technical manuals (juknis) regarding BOS Fund Management, the BOS Management Team carries out the planning by holding a School Budget Activity Meeting based on the agreement of the BOS Management Team including the Principal, BOS Treasurer, School Committee, BOS Operator and Teachers Council.
