Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on the Performance of BPBD Employees in Central Sulawesi Province. This type of research uses descriptive and verification research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 16.0 for Windows program. Simultaneous and partial test results found that intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPBD employees in Central Sulawesi province. The probability value or significance value is 0.000 > 0.001. Furthermore, the intellectual intelligence variable has a t-count of 8.085, while the t- table value is 2.02809, which means that the intellectual intelligence variable has a significant effect on the performance of BPBD employees in Central Sulawesi province. The probability value or significance value is 0.000 > 0.005. Furthermore, the emotional intelligence variable has a t-count of 1.583, while the t- table value is 2.02809, which means that the emotional intelligence variable has a significant effect on the performance of BPBD employees in Central Sulawesi province. The probability value or significance value is 0.000 > 0.000. Furthermore, the spiritual intelligence variable has a t-count of 6.499, while the t-table value is 2.02809, which means that the spiritual intelligence variable has a significant effect on the performance of BPBD employees in Central Sulawesi province.
