PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3) DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI ASN KANTOR BPBD PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGAH

Abstract

The research title "The Influence of Work Safety (K3) and Compensation on the Performance of BPBD Employees in Central Sulawesi Province", This research aims to find out and analyze Health, Work Safety and Compensation for the Performance of BPBD Employees in Central Sulawesi Province. This type of research uses descriptive and verification research and the type of data used is quantitative data. The data sources used in this research are primary and secondary data. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 16.0 for Windows program. Simultaneous and partial test results found that health, work safety and compensation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of BPBD employees in Central Sulawesi province. The probability value or significance value is 0.001 > 0.004. Furthermore, the health and work safety variables have a t count of 2.964, while the t-table value is 1.66660, which means that the K3 health and work safety variables have a significant effect on the performance of BPBD employees in Central Sulawesi province. The probability value or significance value is 0.001 > 0.011. Furthermore, the compensation variable has a t- count of 2.607, while the t table value is 1.66660, which means that the compensation variable has a significant effect on the performance of Central Sulawesi Province BPBD employees.
