PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. GLOBAL GEMILANG (J&T EXPRESS) CABANG VETERAN KOTA PALU
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of Democratic leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Global Gemilang (J&T Express) Palu. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to PT employees. Global Gemilang (J&T Express) Palu, totaling 30 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the influence of democratic leadership style and work motivation on employee job satisfaction. The results of the research show that democratic leadership style and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with a probability value or significance value that is smaller than the significance level (0.005 < 0.05) then the f-count is 6.470 which is greater than f -table 3.35 (6.470 > 3.35). Partially, both democratic leadership style and work motivation have a probability value or significance value that is smaller than the significance level of the Democratic Leadership Style variable , 0.054 < 0.05 and the Work Motivation variable The t-count value is 2.104, while the t-table value is 1.70329, which means that Democratic Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Then the work motivation variable has a t-count value of 2.214, while the t-table value is 1.70329, which This means that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
