Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the Principal's leadership style and Principal's Policy on Teacher Performance at the Bala Keselamatan Winatu Elementary School level. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to Bala Keselamatan Winatu Elementary School Teachers. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the effect of Principal's leadership style and Principal's Policy on Teacher Performance. The results showed that Principal Leadership Style and Principal Policy simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance.  Partially, both Principal Leadership Style and Principal Policy have a significant influence on Teacher Performance. The findings indicate that improving teacher performance can be achieved through the implementation of an effective principal leadership style and the provision of appropriate policies to teachers.
