Author Guidelines for LAMADJIDO MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS JOURNAL (LAMBI)
The LAMADJIDO MANAGEMENT & BUSINESS JOURNAL (LAMBI) invites submission of original research articles, review papers, and case studies that contribute significantly to the fields of management and business. To ensure the quality and consistency of submissions, authors should follow these guidelines carefully.
Manuscript Preparation
- Formatting: Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format, using Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins on all sides.
- Length: Articles should typically be between 5,000 and 8,000 words, including references, tables, and figure captions.
- Language: All manuscripts must be written in English. Authors should ensure their manuscript is free from grammatical and spelling errors.
- Abstract: Each manuscript should include an abstract of 150 to 250 words that clearly summarizes the main points and findings of the paper.
- Keywords: Provide 4 to 6 keywords that describe the main topics of the paper.
Structure of the Manuscript
Manuscripts should be organized into the following sections:
- Title Page: Includes the title, authors' names, affiliations, and a corresponding author’s email address.
- Abstract
- Introduction: Outlining the objectives and significance of the research.
- Literature Review: Discussing the relevant literature and establishing the theoretical framework.
- Methodology: Detailing the research design, data sources, and analytical techniques.
- Results: Presenting the findings of the study.
- Discussion: Interpreting the results, linking them to existing knowledge, and highlighting the implications.
- Conclusions: Summarizing the study and its contributions, and discussing limitations and future research directions.
- References: Following a consistent citation style, which for LAMBI is the APA (American Psychological Association) style.
Submission Process
- Online Submission: Manuscripts should be submitted electronically via the journal’s online submission system.
- Cover Letter: A cover letter must accompany the manuscript submission, stating that the content is original and not published or being considered elsewhere.
Peer Review
All submitted papers are subject to a rigorous peer review process, as detailed in the journal’s Peer Review Process section. This ensures the publication of high-quality scholarly research.
Publication Ethics
Authors are expected to adhere to the publication ethics outlined by LAMBI. Breaches of ethical guidelines may result in the retraction of a paper and possible sanctions against authors.
Copyright and Licensing
Upon acceptance, authors will be asked to sign a copyright transfer agreement that allows the journal to publish the work while authors retain substantial rights, such as sharing and self-archiving.
Charges
- Article Processing Charges (APCs): LAMBI charges an APC to cover publication costs, which is payable upon acceptance of the article for publication. The current rate is detailed on the journal’s website.
