Article Processing Charges (APCs)

Submission Fee

• No Submission Fee: LAMBI does not charge any fees for article submission. This means that authors can submit their manuscripts for review without any financial obligations.

Waiver Policy

• Developing Countries: LAMBI offers a waiver or discount on the APCs to authors from developing countries or those who are under financial constraints. Authors who wish to apply for a waiver must contact the editorial office prior to submission of their manuscript.
• Quality-Based Waivers: In exceptional cases, waivers may be granted for high-quality scholarly works that provide significant contributions to the field. These waivers are granted at the discretion of the editor-in-chief.

Other Charges

• No Additional Charges: There are no additional charges for extensive revisions, color images, or publishing supplementary material alongside the main article.

Payment Procedure

• Timing of Payment: The APC is due after the manuscript has been peer-reviewed and accepted but before publication. Detailed instructions for payment will be provided with the manuscript acceptance letter.
• Methods of Payment: Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Details and instructions for payment will be provided upon acceptance of the article.

Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: If an author decides to withdraw their article after it has been accepted but before publication, a cancellation fee of 50% of the APC will apply. No refunds are available once the article has been published.
