The purpose of this study is the influence of work environment and work motivation on job satisfaction of Lembantongoa Village officials. The type of research used is verification research. The population of this study was 46 Lembantongoa Village officials with a sampling method using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The scale used in this study was the Likert scale and the analysis tool used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the work environment and work motivation have a significant effect on job satisfaction of Lembantongoa Village officials. The work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction of Lembantongoa Village officials. Work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction of Lembantongoa Village officials.
