Archiving Policy

The Jurnal Pascasarjana Manajemen is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content. This policy aligns with international standards for digital archiving and scholarly publishing.

1. Purpose

  • To guarantee that all articles remain accessible, retrievable, and preserved for future research and reference.

  • To protect the journal’s content against loss, corruption, or technological changes.

2. Archiving Methods

  • The journal uses digital archiving systems to store and maintain all published content.

  • Backups are performed regularly to secure all manuscripts, metadata, and supplementary files.

  • Published articles are stored in both online repositories and offline backup systems to ensure redundancy.

3. Long-Term Accessibility

  • All published articles are assigned a persistent identifier (DOI) when applicable, enabling permanent access.

  • Archived content remains accessible even if the journal’s website undergoes changes or if the journal ceases publication.

4. Institutional and External Repositories

  • The journal encourages depositing published articles in institutional repositories or recognized third-party archives to increase visibility and long-term preservation.

  • The journal may participate in national or international digital preservation initiatives to ensure sustained accessibility.

5. Authors’ Rights

  • Authors retain copyright of their work and may archive their articles in personal, institutional, or subject-specific repositories, provided proper citation to the original journal publication is maintained.

6. Review and Updates

  • The editorial team reviews the archiving policy periodically to ensure it aligns with current best practices and emerging digital preservation standards.
