Author Guidelines – Jurnal Pascasarjana Manajemen

General Requirements

  1. Manuscripts submitted must be original, have not been previously published, and are not under consideration by another journal.

  2. Accepted manuscripts may include empirical research, theoretical studies, case analyses, or literature reviews relevant to the field of management.

  3. Manuscripts must be written in clear and proper English or Indonesian.

  4. Authors must ensure that the manuscript is free from plagiarism (similarity level must follow journal policy, e.g., ≤20%).


Manuscript Format

  1. Paper size: A4

  2. Margins: 3 cm on all sides

  3. Font: Times New Roman

  4. Font size: 12 pt

  5. Spacing: 1.5 line spacing

  6. Length: 10–20 pages (including references, tables, and figures)

  7. Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).


Manuscript Structure

Each manuscript should follow the structure below:

A. Title

  • Concise, informative, and no more than 15 words.

  • Written in 14 pt, bold, and in title case.

B. Author(s) and Affiliation(s)

  • Provide full names without academic titles.

  • Include institutional affiliation, city, and country.

  • Provide the corresponding author’s email address.

C. Abstract

  • Written in both English and Indonesian.

  • Length: 150–250 words.

  • Must include the research purpose, methods, main findings, and contributions.

  • Include 3–5 keywords.

D. Introduction

  • Present background, research problems, objectives, and research significance.

  • Support with relevant references.

E. Literature Review / Theoretical Framework

  • Provide a comprehensive review of theories and prior research.

  • Include conceptual framework where necessary.

F. Research Method

  • Explain research design, population and sample, data collection techniques, instruments, and analysis methods.

G. Results and Discussion

  • Present findings clearly using narrative, tables, or figures.

  • Discuss results in relation to theories and previous studies.

H. Conclusion and Recommendations

  • Present key conclusions based on research findings.

  • Include theoretical and practical implications.

  • Provide suggestions for future research.

I. References

  • Must follow APA Style (latest edition) or the journal’s required format.

  • At least 70% of the references must be from the last 10 years.

  • Preferably use primary sources (journal articles).


Tables and Figures

  • Number them sequentially (Table 1, Figure 1, etc.).

  • Table titles should appear above the table; figure titles below the figure.

  • Provide sources if the data are not original.


Publication Ethics

Authors must adhere to publication ethics, including:

  • Academic honesty

  • Disclosure of conflicts of interest

  • Respect for intellectual property rights

  • Transparent and accurate reporting of data


Review Process

  1. All submitted manuscripts will undergo an initial screening by the editor.

  2. Eligible manuscripts will be reviewed through a double-blind peer-review process by at least two reviewers.

  3. Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers’ comments.

  4. The final decision (acceptance/rejection) is at the discretion of the editorial board.


Manuscript Submission

  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the OJS system or the journal’s official email (if applicable).

  • Authors must upload the manuscript file, originality statement, and any supplementary documents.


Publication Fee (If Applicable)

  • Article Processing Charges (APC) or submission fees follow the journal’s policy.

  • If not applicable, include: “This journal does not charge any publication fees.”
