Abstract

Human Resource Development in Improving the Performance of Civil Servant Workers at the Besusu Barat Village Office, Palu City, supervised by Rudin. M and Dwi Wahyono. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze Human Resource Development in Improving the Performance of Civil Servant Workers at the Besusu Barat Village Office, Palu City. This type of research is qualitative research, with five selected informants. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are (1) Data Collection (2) Data Reduction (3) Data Presentation (4) Verification (5) Conclusion. The results of this study conclude; Human Resource Development in Improving the Performance of Civil Servant Workers at the Besusu Barat Village Office, Palu City has not been running well.
