ANALISIS PENGEMBANGAN KARIR KARYAWAN PADA PT. PALU UNGGUL PRATAMA DI KOTA PALU PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGAH
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze employee career development at PT. Palu Unggul Pratama in Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province. This study is a qualitative study with four selected informants. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were (1) Data collection (2) Data reduction (3) Data presentation (4) Verification (5) Conclusions. The theory used in this study is Siagian's (2012) theory, which measures career development using the following indicators: (1) fair treatment (2) concern (3) promotion (4) interest (5) level of satisfaction). Based on the results of the research and analysis conducted by the researcher, it was concluded that career development has not been running well, as described below: (1) Employee career development at PT. Palu Unggul Pratama in Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province, seen from the factor of fair treatment, has not been optimal (2) Employee career development at PT. Palu Unggul Pratama in Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province, viewed from the Fair Treatment factor, is not yet optimal (3) Employee Career Development at PT. Palu Unggul Pratama in Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province, viewed from the Concern factor, is not yet optimal. (4) Employee Career Development at PT. Palu Unggul Pratama in Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province, viewed from the Promotion factor, is not yet optimal (5) Employee Career Development at PT. Palu Unggul Pratama in Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province, viewed from the Interest factor, is already optimal (6) Employee Career Development at PT. Palu Unggul Pratama in Palu City, Central Sulawesi Province, viewed from the Employee Satisfaction Level factor, is not yet optimal
