ANALISIS KINERJA MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH DI WILAYAH KABUPATEN DONGGALA
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the performance of elementary Islamic schools in Donggala Regency. This study is a qualitative study with five selected informants. Data collection used observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used were (1) Data collection (2) Data reduction (3) Data presentation (4) Verification (5) Conclusions. The theory used in this study is based on the following indicators: (1) graduate quality (2) learning process (3) teacher quality, and (4) school management. Based on the results of the research and analysis conducted by the researcher, it was concluded that school performance has not been optimal, as described below: (1) Madrasah performance in Donggala Regency is not optimal in terms of graduate quality; (2) Madrasah performance in Donggala Regency is not optimal in terms of learning process; (3) Madrasah performance in Donggala Regency is not optimal in terms of teacher quality; (4) Madrasah performance in Donggala Regency is not optimal in terms of school management.
