ANALISIS KINERJA APARATUR SIPIL NEGARA DINAS BINA MARGA DAN PENATAAN RUANG PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGAH

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the performance analysis of the Civil Servants of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Central Sulawesi Province. This type of research is qualitative research with five selected informants. Data collection used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are (1) Data collection (2) Data reduction (3) Data presentation (4) Verification (5) Conclusion. The theory used in this study is the theory of Moeheriono, (2012), which measures the performance of Civil Servants with the following indicators: (1) effectiveness (2) efficiency (3) quality (4) timeliness (5) productivity and (6) work safety. Based on the results of the research and analysis conducted by the researcher, it is concluded that the performance of the Civil Servants of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Central Sulawesi Province can be said to be good, which is described as follows (1). The performance of the Civil Servants of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Central Sulawesi Province, seen from the effectiveness indicator, can be said to be effective. (2) The performance of the Civil Servants of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Central Sulawesi Province, based on the efficiency indicator, can be said to be efficient. (3) The performance of the Civil Servants of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Central Sulawesi Province, based on the quality indicator, is good. (4) The performance of the Civil Servants of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Central Sulawesi Province, based on the punctuality indicator, is on time. (5) The performance of the Civil Servants of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Central Sulawesi Province, based on the productivity indicator, is good. (6) The performance of the Civil Servants of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency of Central Sulawesi Province, based on the safety indicator, is good.
