ANALISIS PENYELENGGARAAN PELATIHAN DASAR CALON PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DI KABUPATEN DONGGALA
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the implementation of Basic Training for Prospective Civil Servants in Donggala Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. This type of research is qualitative research with five selected informants. Data collection used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are (1) Data Collection (2) Data Reduction (3) Data Presentation (4) Verification (5) Conclusion. Based on the results of the research and analysis conducted by the researcher, it is concluded that the Implementation of Basic Training for Prospective Civil Servants in Donggala Regency, as measured by the Circular Letter of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform Number: 26 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Core Values and Employer Branding for State Civil Servants with the following indicators: (a) service-oriented, (b) accountable, (c) competent, (e) harmonious, (f) loyal, (g) adaptive, and (h) collaborative, can be said to have been implemented well. 2) Supporting factors that can ensure the successful implementation of the Basic Training for Prospective Civil Servants in Donggala Regency are: (a) Supporting facilities are in accordance with accredited training standards A. (b) The CPNS basic training model has been designed in accordance with the training implementation policy through inspection by the State Administration Institute and in accordance with what is needed by participants to be actualized in the Regional Apparatus Organization (c) Guidance by mentors regarding the implementation stages of the training from the beginning to the end of the training (d) Suggestions and input from colleagues, assistance from regional sub-directorate staff in data collection and identification of areas and parties involved in documenting activities.
