Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine and analyze Situational Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Career Development, and Employee Performance at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Central Sulawesi Province. (2) To determine and analyze the significant influence of Situational Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Career Development on Employee Performance at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Central Sulawesi Province. (3) To determine and analyze the significant influence of Situational Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Central Sulawesi Province. (4) To determine and analyze the significant influence of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Central Sulawesi Province. (5) To determine and analyze the significant influence of Career Development on Employee Performance at the Population Control and Family Planning Service of Central Sulawesi Province. This type of research is quantitative research with a population of 58 people. Data collection consists of observation, questionnaires and documentation. The results of the study concluded (1) Situational Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Career Development and Employee Performance at the Population Control and Family Planning Service of Central Sulawesi Province have been implemented well (2) Situational Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Career Development have a significant influence on Employee Performance at the Population Control and Family Planning Service of Central Sulawesi Province. (3) Situational Leadership Style has a significant influence on Employee Performance at the Population Control and Family Planning Service of Central Sulawesi Province. (4) Work Discipline has a significant influence on Employee Performance at the Population Control and Family Planning Service of Central Sulawesi Province.
