Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) To find out and analyze Conflict Handling Management at the Office of National Unity and Politics in Sigi Regency. (2) To find out and analyze the Inhibiting Factors of Conflict Handling Management at the Office of National Unity and Politics in Sigi Regency and. Based on the research and analysis conducted by the researcher, it was concluded that (1) Conflict management at the Sigi Regency National Unity and Politics Office demonstrated comprehensive implementation and a focus on community collaboration. Through early detection, local wisdom based mediation, and national education, Kesbangpol succeeded in maintaining social stability in the region. (2) Conflict management at the Sigi Regency Kesbangpol Office faced several major inhibiting factors, namely limited human resources, lack of conflict mapping, weak inter agency coordination, minimal budget support, strong local cultural influences, and low community participation. (3) Supporting factors for conflict management at the Sigi Regency Kesbangpol Office included support from local government policies, the active role of traditional institutions, community participation, cross-sectoral coordination, the use of information technology, and the strengthening of national values. All of these factors complement each other and form a comprehensive and sustainable conflict management system.
