Abstract

Christin Jerolita Stambuk, MM, 24.04.10.072, Analysis of the Efficiency and Effectiveness of Regional Original Revenue at the Food Crops and Horticulture Service of Central Sulawesi Province. The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine and analyze the efficiency of Regional Original Revenue at the Food Crops and Horticulture Service of Central Sulawesi Province from 2022 to 2024. (2) To determine and analyze the effectiveness of Regional Original Revenue at the Food Crops and Horticulture Service of Central Sulawesi Province from 2022 to 2024. This research is quantitative. Data collection used observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used was the efficiency and effectiveness ratio. Conclusions: Based on the results of the research and analysis conducted by the researcher, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) Regional revenue management in the food crops and horticulture sectors in Central Sulawesi Province is highly efficient. The costs incurred for collecting and managing PAD are relatively small compared to the revenue realization, so that each resource used can generate a maximum contribution to regional revenue. This high efficiency demonstrates the ability of the Food Crops and Horticulture Service to optimally utilize its budget and resources. (2) Management of Regional Original Revenue (PAD) sourced from the Food Crops and Horticulture sector in Central Sulawesi Province demonstrates a very high level of effectiveness. Revenue realization fully achieved the established targets, reflecting the service's ability to optimally plan, implement, and oversee PAD management activities. This success is supported by realistic planning, structured collection procedures, good coordination between work units, and ongoing supervision.
