PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR PELAKSANAAN JALAN WILAYAH IV PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGAH
Abstract
The objectives of this study are (1) to determine and analyze the simultaneous effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Road Implementation Office IV, Central Sulawesi Province. (2) to determine and analyze the partial effect of compensation on employee performance at the Regional Road Implementation Office IV, Central Sulawesi Province. (3) to determine and analyze the partial effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Road Implementation Office IV, Central Sulawesi Province. This type of research is quantitative research with a population of 50 people. Data collection consists of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study conclude; (1) Compensation and work discipline significantly influence employee performance at the Regional Road Implementation Office IV, Central Sulawesi Province. Fair and adequate compensation can increase employee motivation and job satisfaction, while high work discipline forms orderly, consistent, and responsible work behavior. (2) Compensation has a significant impact on employee performance at the Road Implementation Office Region IV of Central Sulawesi Province. Fair, adequate, and transparent compensation can increase employee motivation, job satisfaction, and commitment to the organization. (3) Work discipline has a significant impact on employee performance at the Road Implementation Office Region IV of Central Sulawesi Province. High work discipline can form orderly, responsible, and professional work behavior, thus positively impacting employee and organizational performance achievement as a whole.
