ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN PENGAWASAN PEGAWAI DINAS PENGENDALIAN PENDUDUK DAN KELUARGA BERENCANA PROVINSI SULAWESI TENGAH

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) understand and analyze the implementation of supervision of employees at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Central Sulawesi Province; (2) understand and analyze the supporting factors in the implementation of supervision of employees at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Central Sulawesi Province; and (3) understand and analyze the inhibiting factors in the implementation of supervision of employees at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Central Sulawesi Province. This research is qualitative in nature. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used are (1) Data Collection, (2) Data Reduction, (3) Data Presentation, (4) Verification, and (5) Conclusion. Based on the results of the research and analysis conducted by the researcher, it is concluded that (1) the implementation of supervision of employees at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Central Sulawesi Province has been carried out through the activities of Observation, inspection, and performance evaluation.
